Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting an application, a request for product or service selection, or otherwise interacting with the website Morskoi Meridian, located at https://eng.mormer.ru, the User accepts this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (the “Consent”). Acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, the User gives their consent to Limited Liability Company "Morskoi Meridian" (ООО «Морской меридиан»), TIN 7706297331, PSRN 1037706020164, registered address: 121471, Moscow, Ryabinovaya Street, 38, bldg. 18, Russian Federation to process their personal data under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without and with the use of automation tools.
2. The Consent covers the processing of the following personal data:
   • last name, first name and patronymic;
   • mobile phone number;
   • email address;
   • parameters and preferences relating to the products or objects of interest (search criteria);
   • technical data that is not special or biometric data: cookies, information about the User’s actions on the website, information about the device used, browser type, operating system and IP address, collected including through the Yandex Metrica internet service.
3. Personal data is not publicly available.
4. The purposes of processing personal data are:
   • providing the User with reference and commercial information about products and services from the catalogue;
   • consulting and processing incoming User requests;
   • creating individual selections and offers at the User’s request;
   • communicating with the User in connection with their request;
   • analysing user activity, improving the quality of the website, its optimisation and security.
5. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; the organisation’s charter, where applicable; and this Consent.
6. During processing, the following actions may be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating and modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision and access) to YANDEX LLC (16 Lev Tolstoy Street, Moscow, 119021) for analysing User activity on the website through the Yandex Metrica service, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.
7. The User permits the Operator to combine the data in an information system and process it using automated and other software tools.
8. Personal data is processed until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the User withdraws the Consent. Paper records are stored in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FZ “On Archival Matters in the Russian Federation”.
9. The Consent may be withdrawn by a written statement from the User sent to the Operator’s address specified at the beginning of this Consent.
10. If the Consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue processing the data where there are grounds set out in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006.
11. This Consent remains valid until the processing of personal data is terminated.
